Privacy Policy
PersonaGraf is an iOS app and website that lets you take personality assessments, compare zodiac compatibility, and exchange perspective with friends. This policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. Questions: support@personagraf.com.
What we collect
Account email, username, and display name. Test answers and scores. Zodiac birth date (and optional birth time / city). Peer invitations, exchanges, connection requests, friend/connection graph data, and discoverability preferences. Comments, reactions, moderation flags, and in-app notification rows. On iPhone, local notification preferences for the daily astrology reminder. Payment and entitlement state when you buy paid features. We do not receive your full card number.
How we use it
To run the service: score your tests, deliver peer comparisons, show your in-app activity, apply your discoverability settings, and process paid features. To moderate comments and public discussion using automated review plus human moderator review. To measure product usage and reliability through hosting analytics and internal admin reporting. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database, auth, storage), Vercel (web and API hosting), Apple (sign-in and iOS platform services), Stripe (web payments), OpenAI / Google Gemini / Groq (text-only moderation and named-person review for comments). If you claim or create a public reputation profile, that page is public on the web. If you enable discoverability, other signed-in members can find your member profile in the user directory. We may also disclose when required by law.
Your controls
You can delete your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete account. That removes the account and app records directly tied to your signed-in user ID from active systems. Some public or anonymous reputation content that is not technically keyed to your account may remain in de-identified or unclaimed form unless you ask us to remove it separately. You can also turn discoverability off so you no longer appear in the signed-in member directory. Email support@personagraf.com to request a copy of your data or to exercise any GDPR / UK GDPR / CCPA right.
Children
Not for users under 13 (under 16 in the EU / UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children below those ages.
Retention & security
Account data is retained as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, account-linked data is removed from active systems and from backups on a rolling basis. Server logs (including IPs and timestamps) may be retained for security and operations for a limited period. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest by our hosting providers.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least seven days before they take effect.
