By using PersonaGraf (iOS app + personagraf.com) you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Questions: support@personagraf.com.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU / UK). You are responsible for your account and anything done under it.
Acceptable use
Do not harass, threaten, or impersonate people. Do not post hateful, sexually explicit, or harassing content. Do not submit false peer ratings. Do not scrape or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Not a clinical service
PersonaGraf is for self-reflection and entertainment. Assessment results are not medical, psychological, or diagnostic advice. The zodiac feature is for fun; astrology has no empirical scientific basis. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or, in the US, dial or text 988.
Your content
You own what you post (comments, ratings, profile fields). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host and display it so the service can work. You are responsible for what you post; we may remove anything that breaks these terms or that our moderation systems flag.
Subscriptions
The iOS app offers PersonaGraf Plus, an auto-renewable subscription available as a monthly or a yearly plan. The exact price and period are shown in the app before you subscribe. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your App Store account settings. Refunds for Apple-billed purchases are handled by Apple. Purchases in the iOS app are also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Web purchases are processed by Stripe and may be one-time or recurring — the checkout screen states which. Questions about paid access: support@personagraf.com.
Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided as is and as available with no warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our aggregate liability arising from these terms is capped at the greater of (a) what you paid us in the prior twelve months or (b) US $50.
Termination & changes
You can delete your account anytime. We may suspend or terminate access for violations. We may update these terms with at least seven seven days of notice for material changes; continued use after that means acceptance.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
